North Tacoma Soccer Club will be creative and innovative to meet the ever-changing needs of the youth soccer community by:

• fostering a lifelong soccer appreciation among our members.
• incorporating current best global practices to be leaders in the development of players and coaches at all levels.
• being inclusive of all ages, genders, races, religions, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds.
• striving to provide the best value possible.
• reaching out to underserved segments of our community by using and growing our scholarship program to provide opportunities to those who could not otherwise afford to participate.
