Trish Mathias
The President shall supervise all activities of the club, the work of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors and shall chair all meetings of the same.
He/she shall:
- Be the Club Representative to the Association and WSYSA, which duty may be delegated, subject to the approval of the Executive Board, and prepare and update standard operative procedures for these duties.
- Be the general representative of NORTAC in all matters, particularly as regards public relations with the local community.
- Appoint persons to fill vacancies of Officers of NORTAC, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
- Appoint special committees and chairpersons thereof, as the needs of NORTAC may indicate, subject to the approval of the Executive Board.
- Sign all orders on the Treasury.
- Risk Management Chair.
- Supervise the Ethics Committee.
- File an annual report with the Club Secretary not later than the Annual General Meeting.

Jen Brown
The First Vice President shall assist the President in all business of the club, become the acting President during any temporary absence of the President, and succeed to the Presidency if the President should resign, be removed from office, or vacate the office for any other reason.
He/she shall:
- Supervise the activities of all other NORTAC Vice Presidents.
- Equipment Committee
- Supervise the Disciplinary Committee.
- Be the representative for discipline activities at the Association, District and State levels.

Susan Anderson
The Vice President - Organizations shall:
- Select and propose committee chairpersons for approval by the Executive Board.
- Supervise activities of the following committees: Constitution, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations, Nominations/Annual General Meeting Committee, Awards Committee
- File an annual report with the Club Secretary not later than the Annual General Meeting.
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures for each committee.

Edwin Salvador
The Treasurer shall be the custodian and the disburser of all funds accumulating to the club shall maintain these funds in an account in a state or nationally chartered bank in the name of North Tacoma Soccer Club, shall report on same to the Board of Directors at all regular business meetings.
He/she shall:
- Be bonded.
- Maintain a financial ledger/journal of all funds received and distributed, which shall be available for inspection by the Board of Directors at all times.
- Make all financial transactions by check.
- Verify all checks for signature by the Treasurer and/or the President and or the First Vice President.
- Disburse funds only as authorized by the Budget or the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with and oversee the Bookkeeper. The bookkeeper shall provide book service, handling financial records keeping and reconciliation of all accounts and monthly financial statements to the Treasurer for review and submission to the Executive and Board of Directors.
- Prepare a proposed budget annually, with the assistance of the Executive Board. Present the proposed budget to the Board of Directors thirty (30) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
- Invest NORTAC accumulated funds, in excess of operating capital, in secure bonds, certificates of higher interest accounts with the concurrence of the Board of Directors.
- File an annual report with the Club Secretary not later than the Annual General Meeting.
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures.

Alexis Bejarano
The Nortac Registrar is responsible for overseeing the registration of players, placing these players on teams and distributing rosters, player cards and other necessary forms to coaches, managers and players. This is a part-time position with varying periods of time commitment required throughout the year:
Major functions:
- Plan and coordinate the club’s registration calendar including deadlines, paperwork instructions and technical system set-up.
- Respond to queries to the club regarding registration in a professional and timely manner.
- Roster players to pre-formed teams as designated by coaches/managers and create new teams as needed.
- Coordinate resolution of incomplete registrations.
- Coordinate with the Association Registrar for roster and player card requests for WSYSA teams.
- Coordinate with US Club for rosters, player cards and registration for PSPL teams.
Facilitate roster requests from teams for summer, fall and winter tournaments. - Communicate registration information to coaches and players via both email and coaches meetings.
- Maintain records for each team that include proof of age for each player.
- Establish and maintain guidelines for the registration of players, request of player cards and signed rosters.
- Attend monthly NORTAC board and executive board meetings and other registration events as needed.

Dave O'Neill
Duties of the director of coaching includes:
- Recruit, develop and promote youth soccer players and coaches in North Tacoma and surrounding areas.
- Manage, educate and train coaches so that players maximize their potential at all ages and levels; give coaches the tools necessary to plan and implement “academy style” practice sessions.
- Design and administer continuing education program for coaches; provide development opportunities through clinics, game analysis and mentoring.
- Establish training priorities for each age group and level. Determine minimum standards for each coaching level.
- Bring in soccer experts (i.e. state, regional and national staff coaches) and sports sciences professionals (i.e. sports psychologists, medical doctors, nutritionists, etc.) to make presentations and assist in overall program design.
- Design coaching and player development manuals for the club.
- Create long- and short-term seasonal plans for the club and provide guidance to coaches in designing their teams’ seasonal plans.
- Design and manage team tryouts.
- Design player evaluation process that guides coaches in how and when to provide feedback to players.
- Identify the most talented club players and alert the State Coaches for possible inclusion in State and Regional Teams.
- Assist in the design of a Code of Conduct for Club players, coaches and parents.
- Serve as technical liaison between the Club and the State DOC.
- Represent the Club at State, Regional, and National coaching seminars and workshops.
- Report to the Nortac Board and attend board meetings.
- Promote the club within the community.

John Albert
The Vice President Programming is primarily responsible for the education and training of NORTAC players, coaches and referees.
He/she shall:
- Be responsible for the safekeeping and making available of the library/training material.
Select and propose committee chairpersons for approval by the Executive Board. - Supervise activities of the following committees: Player Development Committee, Coaches Development Committee, Referee Development Committee, Micro/Modified Development Committee, Field Development Committee, Select Program Committee, Scholarship Committee
- File an annual report with the Club Secretary not later than the Annual General Meeting.
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures for each committee.
- Receive and process scholarship requests for the club.

Ariadne Caballero
The Vice President – Communications shall:
- Select and propose committee chairpersons for approval by the Executive Board.
- Supervise the activities of the following committees: Registration, Exchange Committee, Public Relations Committee, Review Committee
- File an annual report with the Club Secretary not later than the Annual General Meeting.
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures for each committee.

Lindsay Belcher
The Secretary shall be the administrative assistant to the President.
He/she shall:
- Provide for all clerical support to the Executive Board, including but not limited to, notification of meetings, and recording, publishing and distributing the minute of all business meetings of NORTAC Boards and Committees, as appropriate.
- Be the custodian of all NORTAC historical records and office equipment.
- Supervise the activities of the Volunteer Committee
- Compile all annual reports from the Vice Presidents, including the Secretary annual report and present to the President not later than the Annual General Meeting.
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures for each committee.
