From the start of a players journey in NORTAC, players are taught to “look far first” and understand that the best thing they can do with the ball is SCORE!

We condition players to better communicate and decide based on a hierarchy starting from scoring to finding the team mate closest to the goal of the opposing team. Passing as an objective in itself: 👎.

Players are provided tools to create or exploit space or scoring opportunities through disguising or adapting their actions.
