Looking for an easy way to support our club? Volunteer to be a Field Marshall during the Tyee Cup, August 16-18. You can select two-hour increments that work for your schedule.
Field Marshalls act as a main point of contact on game days, between players, coaches, officials, parents and Tyee staff, ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Field Marshall Responsibilities
- Make sure that game balls stay on the field.
- Support our referees’ ability to officiate and players’ ability to play soccer by helping with crowd/parent/fan/coach management. This is particularly important for our youth referees.
- Be a resource for parents and coaches about field/game day logistics.
- First Field Marshal to help to put up canopies and benches, last Field Marshal to help to put away canopies and benches.
- Support the referees and relay any incidents to Tyee Staff
- Direct the Tyee Staff to the location of any safety or medical incidents (possible heat stroke, injury, etc)
- Ensure the park patrons leave the area clean and not littered.
- Empty trash can if needed.
- Maintain Field Marshall Kit
- Basic First Aid Kit,
- TP if porta Potty runs low
- Trash bags for cleaning the field
- Snacks for the referees
- Tape in case a team needs to add a number to their jersey
