NORTAC is seeking a committed leader to serve as Vice President of Programming. This executive board role focuses on expanding access to soccer, strengthening club communications, and supporting program delivery so every player and family can fully participate in club life.

Role Overview

The Vice President of Programming provides strategic leadership across four core areas:

• Financial Assistance Program Oversight — Manage the club’s financial assistance program by reviewing applications, ensuring fair allocation of funds, and supporting families through the application process.

• Board Communication Support — Work with the Board and the VP of Communications to refine messaging, maintain clear and professional correspondence with members, and help shape public communications.

• Strategic Outreach — Lead initiatives that promote inclusivity, community building, and family support across the club.

• Administrative Support — Collaborate with Board members to review and refine policies, serve on committees, and provide guidance to task‑focused working groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve financial assistance requests; maintain transparent records and equitable processes.

• Draft and review communications for membership updates, program changes, and outreach campaigns.

• Develop partnerships and outreach strategies to increase access and community engagement.

• Participate in Board meetings, committee work, and strategic planning sessions.

• Support the Director of Coaching and programming teams to align development goals with on‑field objectives.
