The colibri teams started in 1998. Colibri is the spanish word for Hummingbird. The word Colibri has a deeper significance, 'Colibri" or ....is the name of the ancient capital of the Purepucha Empire, which is now currently known as the town tzintzuntzan, Michoacan, Mexico. This region is located in the center of Mexico, between the states of Jalisco, Guerrero, and Guanajuato.
The colibri teams now have done a fantastic job. They have participate in many tornaments, jamboree and what not and have placed first many in a number of them. We have a wide range of age catorgories and invite anyone to come and join.
