The North Tacoma Soccer Club (NORTAC) has adopted this privacy statement in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to safeguarding the privacy of users of this site.  The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for the services and opportunities offered via the NORTAC web site.  We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time with or without notice to the public.  Only the current statement as posted on this site is deemed effective, so please review this information periodically.

NORTAC collects personally identifiable information (e-mail address, name, phone number, birth date, etc.) from organizations and individuals in order to deliver the services you have requested.  NORTAC uses this information only for its own internal purposes.  We will not sell, rent or reveal personally identifiable information to any other party except with explicit permission or where we have reached a prior mutual agreement.

2. We use industry standard technology and other means to keep your information as secure as possible

NORTAC exercises great care to secure your personally identifiable information.  Together with our web hosting service, we have implemented security measures in accordance with industry standard practice. We are continuously engaged in examining and updating security as we expand our online services. Internally, we restrict access to all personally identifiable information and site information only to those who need access to the information in order to do their jobs.  These people are limited in number, and are committed to our privacy and security policies.  No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.  While there may be a slight risk that data could be intercepted or interrupted, NORTAC strives to provide for secure transmission of all users' personally identifiable information from their computer to the secure servers at our web hosting service.
